INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE/OFFLINE APPLICATION FORM FOR REGISTRATION NURSERY, KG 1 & KG 2 (FOR 2025-26)
1. IMPORTANT DATES: |

| 1.1 | Application Form for registration to Nursery, KG 1 & KG 2 will be available Online/Offline from Monday 02st December, 2024 to Thursday 30th January, 2025. |
| 1.2 | Hard Copy of Online filled Registration Form will be submitted to the office with the necessary documents (Kindly refer the list of documents below) from Monday 9th December, 2024 to Monday 3rd February, 2025 between (08:30 a.m. to 02:00 p.m.) |
| 1.3 | The identification (interaction) of the child with parents will be held in the School from Wednesday 5th February, 2025 onwards (Exact Dates & Time Slots will be displayed on the admission dashboard & school notice board) |
| 1.4 | Status for Admission for the Session 2025-2026 will be declared on Monday 10th February 2025(Status will be displayed on admission dashboard/school notice board). |
| 1.5 | Selected admission will have to collect their Admission Form from Thursday 13th February, 2025 to Saturday, 15th February 2025 between (08:30 a.m. to 02:00 pm.) |
| 1.6 | Parents are to come for the Admission formalities from Thursday 20th February, 2025 to Saturday 22nd February, 2025. |
| 1.7 | The offer for admission automatically stands cancelled after the given dates. |
2. FORM FILLING INSTRUCTIONS: |

| 2.1 | Application Forms for registration to Nursery, KG 1 & KG 2 will be available on the school website (www.stpetersschoolkiraoli.edu.in) as well as from school office. |
| 2.2 | Age for Admission as on 1st April 2025 for Class Nursery: 3 Years to 4 Years (Children born between 1st April 2021 to 1st April 2022) can apply (above and under age forms will not be accepted). |
| 2.3 | Age for Admission as on 1st April 2025 for Class KG 1: 4 Years to 5 Years (Children born between 1st April 2020 to 1st April 2021) can apply (above and under age forms will not be accepted). |
| 2.4 | Age for Admission as on 1st April 2025 for Class KG 2: 5 Years to 6 Years (Children born between 1st April 2019 to 1st April 2020) can apply (above and under age forms will not be accepted). |
| 2.5 | Fill in all the required information as indicated in the form. Incomplete form will not be accepted. |
| 2.6 | No change of NAME & DOB will be accepted.The NAME & DOB mentioned in the Registration Form will only be applicable. |
| 2.7 | It will be the sole responsibility of the parents for any error in the Registration Form. |
| 2.8 | Admission stands cancelled even if you have paid the Fee and your form has error. |
| 2.9 | Your negligence is not reason for not following the instructions. |
3. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: |

| 3.1 | Copy Of Online Registration Form. |
| 3.2 | Copy of Online Registration Fee Receipt. |
| 3.3 | Recent photograph of the child along with the parents, affixed on form. |
| 3.4 | Photocopy of Birth Certificate with the name of the child issued by the Municipality, registered at the time of birth (If name of the child is not mentioned in the Birth Certificate, kindly support it with affidavit with the name of the child). |
| 3.5 | Address Proof (Photocopy of any one of these: Aadhar Card/ Voter ID Card/ Passport/ Electricity Bill/ Driving Licence of parents). |
| 3.6 | Sibling (Real Brother not cousin) proof – Photocopy of the latest mark sheet of St. Peter’s School, Kiraoli. |
4. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: |

| 4.1 | Registration Fee payment INR 500/- (Indian Rupees Five Hundred Only) will be made through online Mode (through admission dashboard) or to the school office. |
| 4.2 | Before you proceed with payment make sure that the entries are absolutely correct. |
| 4.3 | Once payment is made, no correction whatsoever will be acknowledged/entertained. |
| 4.4 | Registration Form can only be downloaded after payment is made. |
| 4.5 | Fees Once paid will not be refunded. |
5. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: |

| 5.1 | Admission status of the applicant would be displayed on admission dashboard & notice board of school. |
| 5.2 | To know the status kindly: |
| 5.2.1 | Log in to the Admission Portal. |
| 5.2.2 | Use your registered Mobile No. (that you used during form filling process). |
